ข้อมูลที่ท่านให้กับทางเรา ต้องเป็นข้อมูลที่เป็นจริงและถูกต้อง
โดยทางเราจะเก็บข้อมูลของท่านไว้เป็นความลับอย่างที่สุด
หากท่านป้อนข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้องหรือข้อมูลมั่วเข้ามา
ทางเราจะไม่จัดทำตามคำขอของท่าน

2. ไม่นำบริการที่ได้นี้ไปใช้ในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย
เสื่อมเสีย และทำลายความมั่นคงของประเทศ

3. ไม่อนุญาตให้ทำเว็บไซต์ประเภทซอฟท์แวร์ Adults,

และละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์

4. ไม่อนุญาตให้นำพื้นที่ไปทำการแบ่งขาย โดยไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากเรา
(ยกเว้น Reseller, Dedicated, Colocation)

5. ไม่อนุญาตให้รัน scripts ที่มีผลกระทบต่อ CPU
ของ Server ในอัตราที่สูง หรือรบกวนการทำงานของ

6. ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกให้บริการกับท่าน
หากเราตรวจพบข้อผิดพลาดหรือสิ่งที่ไม่ถูกต้องที่ท่านไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้น

7. ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้ทำเว็บไซด์ ฟรีเว็บโฮสติ้ง
และ ฟรีอีเมล์ หรือแจกจ่ายอีเมล์ภายใต้โดเมนท่านแก่ผู้อื่นที่ไม่ใช่พนักงานในบริษัทของท่าน

8. ทางเราให้บริการสำหรับฝากหรือวางข้อมูลเท่านั้น
แต่ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายต่างๆ อันจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต

10. เว็บไซต์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการ Download, ฝากไฟล์,
ฝากรูปภาพ, MP3 , Software , VDO & Voice
Clips , Music Online ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและผิดกฏหมายทุกประเภท
ซึ่งรวมไปถึงนามสกุลไฟล์อื่นๆ ที่พยายามหลบเลี่ยงด้วยก็ตามละเมิดเครื่องหมายการค้า
ลิขสิทธิ หรือ ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ของผู้อื่นหรือคณะบุคคลอื่นในทุกประเทศทั่วโลก

13 . การตัดสินของทางเราถือเป็นสิ้นสุด
